Dick and Lisa in Recital
Unitarian Fellowship of Pottstown
1565 South Keim St.
Pottstown PA 19465

You may not have imagined this, but it is possible to play chess and sing at the same time.  And if you come to the Amity Chess Club it's no doubt that you have heard Dick Jokiel (president) belt out a refrain or two while making a most spectacular mating combination.

Here is your chance to hear Dick and his wife, Lisa sing without playing chess.  They are going to give an afternoon duo recital at the Unitarian Fellowship of Pottstown, 1565 South Keim St., Pottstown PA 19465, on Sunday, April 3rd at 3PM.  It will feature all of there favorite musical selections over the years.  Dick will sing some German folk songs, The Holy City, The Lord’s Prayer, some classical pieces, and some Broadway and he will end with Old Man River, which is his signature song. Lisa will play (on piano) Rustle of Spring and Clair du Lune during the program, which will be one hour long without intermission.  After some light refreshments, Lisa will play the entire Moonlight Sonata.

The program is being given on a free will donation arrangement.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact Lisa Jokiel.
